Music is what led me to yoga, and yoga is what led me back to music.
I am an E-RYT 500, Ayurvedic Health Counselor, YACEP, sound healer, aerial yoga teacher, and yoga therapist. I have a very unique blend of interests as it relates to yoga, but above all else, I value the importance of honoring the practice as it was originally intended: to transcend the human experience and connect with our true divine nature.
My Ayurvedic studies have taken me all the way to India, which has given me a deep appreciation for the wisdom traditions derived from Mother India, where I had the great honor of studying all aspects of Ayurveda at Dr. D. P Y. Patil University in Pune, Maharastra.
I have acquired over 2000 hours of classroom study in the fields of yoga & Ayurveda, and devote nearly every free moment I have exploring the depths of the traditions, from studying yoga philosophy to understanding the complex anatomy of the physical and energy bodies. Svādhyāya, or self-study and application of scripture is the most important aspect of my studies, without this integration the practice would be nothing. I have over 3000 hours of teaching experience, co-led nearly 30 yoga & aerial yoga teacher trainings, hosted dozens of lectures and workshops exploring the wisdom of Ayurveda, the history of yoga, anatomy of the spine, pranayama, the subtle body, and more. I have 3 years of experience managing a yoga studio with 4 different practice spaces + a live stream program. I teach many styles of yoga asana, particularly Vinyasa, Hatha, Aerial, Yin, Restorative, and Ayurvedic Yoga therapy. I’m passionate about making yoga accessible to all ages, genders, and demographics.

Wellness offerings
Yoga Therapy
Yoga therapy is a self-empowering method of preventative, curative & sustainable healing. Yoga therapy is meant to empower the individual towards a healthy state of mind, body & spirit. Through the use of Yoga principles and Ayurvedic techniques laid out in Patanjali’s Yoga Sutras, we look to create an optimum state of health. Yoga therapy is non-invasive, multi-dimensional and individualized approach to wellness.
Common interventions used in Yoga therapy sessions include gentle yoga postures, breath work, meditation, and more. Yoga therapy seeks to look beyond only the physical body. and places equal importance in the energy (mental and emotional) body. Yoga therapy respects individuals from all cultures, religions, genders, ages, physical, and mental capabilities.
When used in conjunction, the application of Yoga therapy and Ayurveda will aid in:
-
Curing sickness if one is ill
-
Protecting one from the onset of illness
-
Maintaining an overall healthy state of being—mentally, physically, and spiritually
Sound Healing
A sound bath is a deeply immersive, full-body listening experience that offers an opportunity for deep healing and relaxation. All you need is an open heart and an open mind. During an hour-long session, you simply lay down in a comfortable position and meditate to the ethereal sounds of crystal bowls, chimes, harps, and my voice.
As Tamara Goldsby, a research psychologist at UCSD, explains, "Sound healing is an integrative healing technique that uses vibrational instruments to induce relaxation and potentially other pleasurable feelings.” Recent studies have shown that the vibrational qualities of sound healing instruments can affect the brainwaves’ natural oscillation, relaxing the mind and activating the parasympathetic nervous system (PNS). The PNS, often referred to as the “rest and digest” function of the nervous system, slows the breath and lowers blood pressure, allowing the physical body to perform cellular repair and regrowth.
Sound healing is a wonderfully therapeutic experience for groups or in a 1:1 setting.
Ayurveda
Ayurveda, commonly referred to as “the sister science of yoga”, is 3,000+ year old Indian holistic healing system.
Ayurveda looks at all aspects of our bodies, minds, and all aspects of our environment through a lens of the 5 major elements: space, air, fire, water, and earth. These 5 elements are divided into 3 biological humors that we call doshas. They are Vata (air + ether), Pitta (fire), and Kapha (water + earth).
In a 1:1 Ayurvedic consultation, a detailed “Prakriti” (Sanskrit: original state of doshas) analysis will be completed, and a detailed, fully customized plan (including lifestyle adjustments, diet, breathwork, yoga therapy, and other Ayurvedic interventions) will be created to improve overall quality of life.
Aerial yoga
Connect to your inner child through the experience of aerial yoga, where traditional yoga poses meet the freedom of flight. With the support of the aerial hammock, students are able to access new depths in poses while (quite literally) experiencing a refreshing shift in perspective—all while building strength and flexibility. This empowering practice truly nurtures the body, mind, and soul.
One of the unique benefits of aerial yoga is the ability to invert the body passively and in a supported way, unlike in most traditional mat yoga inversions.
Some of the benefits of inversion therapy include spinal decompression, overall reduced muscular tension, improved circulation and lymphatic drainage, and parasympathetic nervous system activation, which creates a holistic state of well-being.
